Great breakfast, big cup for table bed, air on, handy markets right next door for snacks and dinner, efficient airport transfers, fantastic staff, quiet pool area, very secure rooms. The best value for money considering all of the above.

A lovely no frills experience

For a place to rest for a day between flights, my bed was comfortably firm and the room was clean, spacious and air con kept it cool.. Because I arrived early, breakfast included was much appreciated: I chose Asian dishes and fruit from the buffet (cereals also provided). Around the corner is a 7-11 convenience store for snacks and bottled water. The swimming pool looked attractive though I didn't have time to enjoy it. The shuttle to and from BKK was also welcome, especially leaving for the airport at 4.30am.

Good for 1- 2 nights close to airport and shuttle sevice

You can use the newer hotel for cheque in , swimingpool and excelent breakfast - streetmarket with food and cloth just outside

If you will get the downstairs outer rooms - bevor there was conection between roms and now only closed with thin wooden door - you will here anything and I mean anything from your neighbor- so get an inside room then everything ok

Nice hotel near the airport for relaxed Night before the flight

We liked the pool, the view on the river, the little garden and the breakfast buffet.

The surounding area is a little busy and there is noch that much to do. But if you look for a good stay near the airport this is a very good option.

Quiet, friendly and very good value for the price.

Great breakfast buffet, more like a lunch buffet in a nice garden in between a river and the hotel pool. The shuttle service to and from airport is very convenient and worked perfectly (only 10 min in afternoon). Very nice and friendly staff. Wi-fi worked well both in room and reception. Local market and supermarket very close by. Aircon worked well and bed was nice and firm. Room basic but good for the price. Will definitely stay here again.

Terrible place to stay and staff did nothing to make you feel welcomed.

Breakfast was decent

Staff attitude was unacceptable. My room had so many mosquitoes, when I asked to change the room, they did nothing but gave me an insect spray bottle and asked me to do it myself. They did nothing to make me feel better. The room was filthy and smelled badly. The television was old-fashioned and did not work. The bed was broken and hurt my back badly. The aircon was super noisy. If you are looking for an experience of a hell, this is the place to go.

I like the airport transfer and the location.

It was my second time here, the first was last december 2018. I forgot my medicine/toiletries bag that day. I called them and I was happy that they saw my bag and promised that they will return it to me when I get back. Last week we went back, but it seems nobody knows the bag and they don't care. I asked them 3 times, the bag wasn't returned to me. They broke their promise. I was upset.

Near airport.

Near airport. Good shuttle service. Follow the instructions! By Gate 4 BY THE WINDOW are a bunch of paper notices. The staff there ( dressed in black ) will help you. I waited for about 20 minutes for the minivan. The hotel is less than 15 minutes from airport.

Good value for money.

Good value for money. Close to the airport and the shuttle bus service is very useful. Restaurant is shared with the Golden Foyer and is pleasantly located next to the waterway. Very nice food in the evening and at the buffet breakfast.

The rooms are looking a little tired compared to the new adjacent sister hotel (Golden Foyer).

Convenient location to airport and for getting onto all major routes out of town.

Convenient location, nice area to relax, feels modern, very helpful staff

I had a room with a party door, the occupants the other side insisted on continuously trying this door, it also made for a lot of noise coming through the door. The bed was very uncomfortable. Finding the courtesy transport from the airport was a nightmare, no rep or signpost to indicate where I might find the hotel transport.

Close to the airport

Hotelroom very dirty, hairs on the floor. Very poor bathroom and matras dirty. Outside is a market which was closed around 8 in evening and extremely bad smell. Restaurant and massages in hotel next door (golden foyer ) were closed and no place around to eat something only on the market but as a european you prefer to get something in a supermarket which is around. We will definately not do it the 2nd time when we look for an airport hotel.

Not recommended.

I reached there at 23.00 hrs. I found the room dirty. The air conditioner did not work. When complained, it was rectified. but it again got out of order after a while. finally i was shifted to another room which was almost full jammed with 3 beds. The building facade and its surrounding was not good at all. In this room the geyser too did not work.

General cleanliness, house keeping need much improvement. There was not any intercom facility to contact front desk staff. There was nobody in the reception front desk of this building. One has to go to the other hotel/ building.

Good for a one night stay

Breakfast was great. There are cereals, eggs, coffee, tea, sausage, meat etc. Poolside is lovely. Great place for a one night stay.

As it is near the airport and not near the city center there is nothing to do. Market is right in the corner.
